We accept most Florida insurance. Private pay cost is ONLY $169.
RECEIVING THE PORTABLE TEST
You should expect your Portable Sleep test within 2 days.You should take the sleep test that same evening for faster results.
SENDING THE PORTABLE TEST BACK
Once you have completed your sleep test,contact UPS (per directions), then you should expect your sleep test results in as few as 2 days.
*Late return of our portable sleep testing machine will result in a $20 a day delinquent charge (without prior authorization from Sleep Clinic of America) if you fail to return the Sleep Clinic of America equipment within a 48-hour timeframe. This will be applied to the credit card that is used to make the initial purchase until you drop off the portable sleep test to UPS for return. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on the purchase page. Exceptions will be made on a case-to-case basis.
